Once I enter my listing manually do I have to enter it again for the next open house? No you can save your listing and will only need to enter date and time for the existing property. In addition, you can edit your saved listing to indicate a price change, description change, update photos, etc.
Do you sell my profile information or share it with anyone? Never. We offer a secure system that holds your profile and any information that you provide. We pride ourselves in the fact that your information is kept secure and is only used to generate open house listings.
If my house is listed with a limited service broker can I still list my property on your site? Yes, you can manually enter your home as you would as a seller or you can contact your listing broker and ask them to place the ad for you. Your listing information would then be pulled directly from the MLS and information about your home including photos transfers directly to the site.
