Why the MLS authorization form for Agents/Brokers?
MLS requires that your DR or Owner print the form on your company’s letterhead and it has to be faxed to us. MLS makes sure that we are not pulling unauthorized broker’s listings. The form must be faxed to 1-800-485-3803 on your company’s letterhead with the DR or Broker/Owner’s signature. The authorization form is not a promise to list opens it only allows the designated person within your company to activate open houses from a list of single family and condo listings that are currently listed with MLS.
As a new customer, how long do I have to wait for the MLS form to be processed?
Once we have your form you can expect a 24 hour waiting period for MLS to process the request and allow our servers to download your listings. Once the authorization process has taken place you will not have to wait again. We pull listings every 24 hours from the MLS.
Why do you pull from MLS?
Consistent information and format for the buyers viewing the site and in addition, no order entry for administrative staff within your company typing descriptions and uploading photos. We have all of the information there. The only information that you indicate is Date and time once the listing has been selected.
Who can put an ad on your site?
